The Temple Owls defeated the Rhode Island Rams 76-70 at the Liacouras Center on Saturday. Xavier Munford scored a game-high 30 points for the Rams, who played tough but lost a nail-biter. Khalid Wyatt, led the Owls with 24 points.

Temple, 21-8,  Atlantic Ten Conference has two games remaining in the regular season. On Wednesday they travel to Fordham, and return to the Liacouras Center for a CBS game against.  Virginia Commonwealth University on Saturday March 9th.
